We do not:

  • Represent users in disputes
  • File claims on behalf of users
  • Negotiate with third parties

Use of this service does not create an attorney-client, CPA-client, public adjuster, or fiduciary relationship.

Unclaimed Property Searches

BreadScan may identify potential unclaimed property using publicly available state databases.

Users must independently submit claims through official state agencies.

BreadScan does not file claims or act as a recovery agent.

Payment & Refund Policy

Due to the digital and informational nature of this service, all sales are final once review begins.

Delivery is fulfilled electronically to the email address provided at checkout.

Limitation of Liability

BreadScan’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the use of BreadScan services shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.

Arbitration shall be conducted in the State of Florida under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

Each party agrees that disputes will be handled on an individual basis only.

Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted solely on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.

By using this service, you waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
